PhD Defense Pamela Browne

On 4 September 2020 our PhD student Pamela Browne graduated! She defended her PhD thesis at the Free University in Amsterdam during an exciting ceremony. Half way through the defense, the fire alarm went off and the building was evacuated. But that was only a minor hassle for Pamela, who continued to answer questions from the professors on the sidewalk! We are very proud of her as she kept calm and even managed to give great answers to all the questions.
