Weer Op Werk

Many mothers in the Netherlands return to work after their maternity leave. With the WOW (Weer Op Werk) study, we want to better understand what this transition means for mothers by answering questions such as: What emotions and thoughts do mothers have when returning to work after maternity leave? How does returning to work affect maternal well-being? To answer these questions, we are asking mothers to complete an online questionnaire at six different times. Over the past few months, more than 400 mothers have signed up to participate in our study. Study data collection will continue until the summer of 2024. The results will follow thereafter.
