Ana Okorn

I am interested in why parents parent the way they do and how their caregiving decisions, such as going back to work after parental leave, are related to family functioning and infant development. During my PhD, I will study processes and trajectories of maternal work resumption stress, and examine the consequences of maternal work resumption stress on maternal, as well as paternal caregiving quality, family relations, and infant development.
