Lena Kohler
My name is Lena Kohler, I’m a second year Cognitive Neuroscience Master’s student in the Plasticity & Development track. I have previously taken part in the lab as an intern helping out with the data collection for the BIBO 18 year wave. Currently, I support the lab as a student assistant, working primarily on a BIBO project on sleep and creativity across adolescence, but also helping out with some other BIBO and PEPO related tasks. My interests lie in brain development across the early years of life leading up to and including the age in which children begin to go to school. Specifically, I’m interested in how we can support the cognitive and socioemotional development of children as they enter primary education, a process which is commonly accompanied by a wide range of unique challenges and opportunities.
