Julie van Immerseel
Stress is something that has always captivated me. Not necessarily in a literal way, but in what it can do with a person and the working mechanisms behind it. During my bachelor in medical biology, I specialised in stress research and its working mechanisms through multiple courses and my first internship.
Currently, I am in my last year of the Cognitive Neuroscience master with a specialisation in Development and Lifelong Plasticity. Here, I am going even more in depth in stress research. As an intern at the DPB lab, I will analyse datasets of the BIBO study , focusing on environmental psychology and stress. Next to this, I will be assisting with the data collection of the GOBaby and the BIBO study.
